Structure
Tuck-end folding boxes, clear sleeves, hang-tab boxes, pillow-style plastic packs, drawer boxes, lid-and-base acrylic boxes and plastic boxes with tray inserts.
Printing
Silk screen, UV printing, white ink, foil stamping, labels, paper sleeves, printed inserts and barcode panels. We avoid overpromising full-color plastic printing until the material and artwork are checked.
Export packing
Flat-packed folding boxes, protective film, inner poly bags and master cartons can be arranged according to assembly method and scratch-resistance needs.
MOQ, sampling and drawings
For plastic boxes, the right quoting path depends on whether you can use an existing folding structure or need a custom mold/tooling. Send size, material preference, product weight, artwork, target quantity and destination country first. If food contact is required, tell us before sampling so the material choice is checked early.
- No mold / folding plastic box: best for clear PET or PVC retail boxes with die-cut creases and simple tuck structures.
- Custom insert or tray: useful when the product must stay centered inside a transparent outer box.
- Acrylic rigid box: may require stricter drawings, edge finish confirmation and higher sample cost.
- Food-grade request: material certificate and exact contact scenario should be confirmed before mass production.

Can you make clear plastic boxes with my logo?
Yes. Depending on the plastic material and artwork, we can quote silk-screen printing, UV printing, white ink, foil, labels, paper sleeves or printed inserts.
Which material should I choose: PET, PVC, PP or acrylic?

Most folding PET, PVC and PP boxes can be shipped flat to save freight. Acrylic boxes are usually shipped assembled or protected because they are rigid and scratch-sensitive.
