  1. 0:00Before quoting soft PVC fridge magnets, settle four decisions.
  2. 0:05First, construction. Color is molded into flat areas between raised outlines, and a separate magnetic backing does the attaching. It's not a printed sheet or a sculpted 3D piece.
  3. 0:16Second, size. Decide what must be recognized, then size around the smallest detail that matters. Check it at actual size; record each dimension in millimeters.
  4. 0:27Third, artwork. Send a vector outline with color references, keep solid colors apart from gradients, and flag thin strokes. Judge color on the physical sample.
  5. 0:38Fourth, surface and backing. Test the real surface first; stainless-looking doors may not hold magnets. Choose the backing separately, then accept an assembled sample on that surface.
  6. 0:50Here's our factory at work: nozzles fill each mold with color, a filled tray slides into the curing oven, and soft PVC pieces like these are peeled out of the mold.
  7. 1:00Send artwork, target size, quantity and intended surface.
  8. 1:05Request a quote, then approve an assembled sample.
