  1. 0:00Custom rubber keychains: four decisions to settle before you order.
  2. 0:05First, confirm the construction: 2D molded soft PVC, not silicone or a sculpted 3D charm. Brief it with front, reverse and side views.
  3. 0:16Second, keep the key mark readable at finished size. Simplify rather than shrink everything, and size the body separately from the full assembly.
  4. 0:27Third, decide face, reverse and attachment together. A molded front doesn't automatically mean a decorated back. Hardware is quoted per project; check the hole area on the sample.
  5. 0:38Fourth, send vector art with color references, turn gradients into solid areas, and lock one approved revision. A proof shows layout; the sample shows color and feel.
  6. 0:50Here's a look inside our factory. Soft PVC is dispensed into each mold and heated in the oven, then the mold is opened by hand to free the molded sheet.
  7. 1:02Send your artwork, quantity per design, target size and attachment.
  8. 1:07Request a project quote for your soft PVC keychains.
