  1. 0:00A screen preview isn't enough. Settle four things before bulk.
  2. 0:05One: material. These are MDF keychains, not solid wood. Full-color artwork is the goal; the printing process still needs confirming.
  3. 0:15Two: check the smallest lettering at actual size, not zoomed on screen. Record body, print area and hole separately, and keep the connector off key details.
  4. 0:27Three: describe the finish and the reverse; plain, repeated or different artwork are separate requests. Inspect the ring on the sample, silver doesn't mean stainless.
  5. 0:39Four: turn 'durable' into agreed checks: color against the approved sample, print wear, ring pull and twist, edges and hole. Set criteria before inspection.
  6. 0:50Send artwork, quantity per design, finished size and arrival date.
