  1. 0:00Custom 3D soft PVC keychains: four key decisions.
  2. 0:05First, define 3D: raised, recessed and contoured areas. Sculpted front only, or all-around? Front, side and rear views decide.
  3. 0:17Second, judge it at finished size: keep the eyes, expression and outline, simplify tiny details, and give width, height and thickness in millimeters.
  4. 0:28Third, decide front, back and attachment separately. Plain, molded or printed backs need confirming. Don't let the loop break the outline; leave enough PVC around the hole.
  5. 0:39Fourth, compare quotes fairly: tooling apart from unit costs, sculpted versus flatter on the same artwork. Approve the drawing, then the physical sample becomes your reference.
