  1. 0:00Four things to settle before ordering custom polyresin magnets.
  2. 0:05First, the format: a molded body whose shape tells the story, plus a separate magnet. A printed image under a clear dome is a different product—don't swap them.
  3. 0:16Second, size and detail. Keep one feature dominant, simplify the rest, give width, height and total depth in millimeters, and check lettering at actual size.
  4. 0:27Third, artwork and finish. Mark raised, recessed and decorated areas, send wording as text, and agree a color reference. 'Full color' isn't a spec.
  5. 0:38Fourth, the magnet is its own decision: type, size, position. Stronger isn't always better. Check retention and sliding separately, and pack projecting parts apart.
  6. 0:50Inside our factory, resin magnets like these take shape: we carve a master, sand cast blanks, spray them, glue on magnets, and dry painted pieces.
  7. 1:01Send artwork, size, quantity per design and packaging brief.
  8. 1:06Request a quote, then approve a physical sample.
