  1. 0:00Before you order custom plywood magnets, settle four things.
  2. 0:05First, material: plywood, thickness set per project. Cutting makes the outline; engraving adds one-tone contrast, not full color, so line art works best.
  3. 0:16Second, artwork: outline and engraving as separate layers. Check fine strokes at actual size, ask for minimum line and gap, reshape fragile points.
  4. 0:27Third, backing. Specify the magnet component and how it attaches, not just 'strong'. A souvenir and an invitation holder need different tests on the target surface.
  5. 0:38Fourth, approve the whole assembly: engraved face, cut edge, finish, backing and pack. Check front, edge and back, then keep the sample and artwork revision for reorders.
  6. 0:50Send your artwork, preferred size, quantity and intended use.
  7. 0:55Request a project quote.
