  1. 0:00Linen-wrapped hardcovers: four things to settle before ordering.
  2. 0:05Start with what you are ordering: fabric wrapped over hard boards, folded round edges and corners, around a paper book block. Hardcover alone doesn't mean sewn or lay-flat.
  3. 0:16Next, specify the notebook itself: page size and cover size separately, closed thickness if it must fit a box, and paper and layout for the actual pens recipients use.
  4. 0:27Then match branding to the weave: foil, deboss or print are routes to assess, not a menu. Check fine lines at actual size, and treat closures as requests.
  5. 0:38Finally, approve the complete notebook: check a physical sample's corners, alignment, opening and writing, and record the artwork version and fabric reference. Packing must protect those corners.
  6. 0:50Here's a look inside our factory: books are sealed in film, heat-shrunk in a tunnel, then stacked for packing. Finished fabric notebooks look like these.
  7. 1:01Share your intended use, quantity, dimensions and artwork.
  8. 1:06We'll review it and prepare a project-specific quote.
