  1. 0:00Custom PU leather notebooks: four things to settle.
  2. 0:05First, the build: a PU surface on fabric backing, wrapped over rigid board around a paper block. It isn't genuine leather, and hardcover doesn't define paper or binding.
  3. 0:16Second, specify the writing side: page and closed sizes in millimeters, pages versus sheets, and paper tested with your pens on both faces. Thick board isn't better paper.
  4. 0:27Third, judge decoration on the real PU: bold deboss for subtlety, foil for contrast, artwork clear of the hinge. Elastic or magnetic closures are requests to test.
  5. 0:39Fourth, approve one complete sample: corners, logo, writing, opening and closure. Record the material and artwork, and keep that sample as your reorder reference.
  6. 0:50Here's a look inside our factory. Cover boards feed the case-making line, paper rolls run through page production, covers go under the stamping press, then notebooks are shrink-wrapped.
  7. 1:01Send your intended use, quantity, preferred size and logo file.
  8. 1:06Request a project quote.
