  2. 0:05It's six stages: mold, color setup, sampling, bulk molding, magnet attachment, then freight and customs. Each starts on its own trigger; get start, end and exclusions in writing.
  3. 0:17Then plan backward. Pin the date that can't move, subtract buffer, freight, attachment, bulk, sampling, color and mold, plus your own approvals. What's left is your artwork deadline.
  4. 0:29Short on time? Reuse a mold, cut colors, approve from daylight photos then the sample, or split waves and shipments. Curing, lab queues, customs checks and vessel cutoffs won't compress.
  5. 0:42Repeat orders on an existing mold skip mold creation and most color setup. A color variant needs new colors and a shorter sample round. Bulk, attachment and freight always apply.
