  1. 0:00Planning bamboo notebooks as corporate gifts? Settle four things first.
  2. 0:05One: bamboo names the cover only. Solid board, veneer on a core, fibre fabric and wood-grain synthetic are different specs; confirm yours in the quote.
  3. 0:16Two: plan for real use. Note cover size and writing area separately, state sheets and pages, and test paper with recipients' pens. Extras count only if listed.
  4. 0:27Three: artwork for the surface. Engraving gives a burned tone, not a brand colour. Send vector files, place them in millimetres clear of the binding, and proof at actual size.
  5. 0:39Four: approve a decorated sample, then inspect against it: edges, warping, branding, writing, binding. Grain variation is natural; cracks are not.
  6. 0:50Send quantity, logo file, size and arrival date.
  7. 0:55Then keep the approved sample for repeat orders.
